Help from mods
Just re-upped my OPG but my organize says buy pricing. What's up? Thanks.
It does no good to get on the right track if you are headed in the wrong direction.

I'll send an email.

check "my account" then "subscriptions" to make sure it went through. If so, try logging out and logging back in too.

Thank you for the input. It does show up under "subscriptions" and the payment has been taken from my account. Have logged in/out three times to no avail.

OK...starting to get peeved. When will I see pricing in my organize?? The money came instantly out of my account - I typically like to have a usable product when I make a purchase. Thanks.
So....it appears the error is on my end. I evidently paid for organize when I intended to re-purchase the OPG. How can I add $49 dollars to the $50 I already paid so I can get the OPG? Can you refund my organize purchase and then I can get OPG? Thanks.
