Hi, so I really need some help over here. Apparently one of the trades that I did here got really screwed over by the PO.

I was happily waiting for it to arrive and then I remember that I had tracking so I checked it and claims that the cards were already delivered. I don't mean out for delivery of delivered today or yesterday, I mean delivered in mailbox a whole week ago.

I got about 14 packages from here and eBay of cards over the past week and a half with no problem but this one never came.

The package is fully insured though, but would they actually take care of it?

First & foremost ... Talk to the Postmaster of the local office.

This time of year stuff gets lost and stuck and mis-scanned. Definitely go to your local PO and see if they can look around a bit and ask your carrier. If no luck, then file a claim.
