[Cub1138]

I have stumbled across this a few times and am wondering if anyone else knows anything. Most of this series is bordered in gold but I have come across, though rarely, a few that have a less finished border and in fact when held against other's in the series it looks like it has a greener darker border. Has anyone seen this?

I've definitely seen different shades, tho not as green as in your picture. I'd guess the greener border are faded from exposure to some environment over a long time. Similar to what happens with the 1993 Finest cards that turn green.

Thanks for the reply. I don't seem to feel any difference in the cards and wonder if it would be considered a defect.
