On chrome cards you can actually scribble over the autograph with EXPO Marker (the ones for marker boards), then wipe the card with a paper towel and it takes the autograph off if it was signed in sharpie. Definitely test this first but I do that when the autograph smears/bubbles up/skips since the chrome cards sometimes don't take autographs well.

Just so folks know, I tried the dry erase marker thing on an on-card acetate auto and it worked brilliantly. Completely took the ink off like it was taking it off glass. Worked like windex. Hehe.
