The loose labels seem to be associated with a close run of serial numbers. I've never seen this before.
DallasCardboy's is in Beckett's backyard so I would assume they would return the cards for re-labeling easily enough, if this was an issue before they got to COMC.
Or was this an adhesive issue that manifested itself upon arriving COMC?
