I believe this was for a Mickey Mantle short print depicting the 1951 Bowman card. It is readily available on eBay and therefore doesn't command a premium. As far as expiration date goes, the pack or the box it came in may say something about an expiration date even of the redemption itself does not, although I am not certain of this. It is always worth a shot to contact Topps to inquire about it. Good luck, it is a nice looking card to have if it works.
