Nope it was durning spring training in the 90s in west palm beach. So it's either a Braves Expo or any team they were playing that day.

Sure looks like Justice... Google image search is spot on.
I am thinking it is too. This would have been around 1993 1994. I loved spring training is west palm. Thank you everyone.
