This may need to be made public if this is happening repeatedly. Stuff like this is what makes me not want to trade high value cards...

From my experience I have had quite a few traders mark their items as received but don't leave feedback until later. I don't like this practice and I don't do it to my traders. When I mark my items as received I then leave feedback. The exception being with the traders who I previously described.
