I go for "real".
I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.

Why would there be any concerns about this being counterfeit?

Sorry guys, the title was a bit of an attention grabber.

It is a beautiful card, but I didn't think these things sold for that much. They are really skyrocketing in the past few years.

What is the cards true value?

To some people, that could be a fair price. I, however, am not actively looking for Jordans; so, it's not worth that to me.

I think BGS 9.5's generally sell for around $4,500 - $6,500. But the price also depends on the subgrades. Take for example the copy that you listed; It has two 10's and two 9.5's (which is .5 away from a 10), that would fetch much more than a copy that had three 9.5's and one 9, especially since the centering was a 10!

Recently, BGS 9.5 has gone from $5000-$8799, and even $12,500 earlier this year. As mentioned, much depends on the subgrades.
