Went digging through 2011 Topps. Rc's found
New I had a bunch of these from buying them back in the day
No trouts, I remember pulling those and selling for less then $20 a piece
But there are some Altuve, Rizzo, Goldy, Fraizer, Dee Gordon, etc......

2011 was quite a bumper crop of great young talent!
I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

I agree. I think it could have probably been the best rc class. And then 2010 second to that. Some amazing players for sure
As I was looking at these rcs I noticed a lot that were in the AllStar game the last two years

I am glad that bought a ton of Topps Traded and Bowman Chrome in 2011. I still have 2 monster boxes of 2011 Topps Traded, that I haven't sorted out aside from removing the SPs and Trout and Hosmer rookies. Maybe it's time to go back and check and start sorting out the rest of the rookies.

Always fun to go back through your older sets and find some long lost rookie cards or a short print you didn't know was a short print/variation card. Unfortunately mine was a 2014 Topps Update Cowgil variation. heh
