What does that "must send first" icon mean? I have never seen it before.

Have no idea! Never sold anything on here before. It could be that i posted some things for sale awhile ago against rules but never actually sold anything

Nice piece I bet the stamp would love to go to a stamp collector. 3 cent stamp in 1934 The cheapest I can remember is 17 cents.

Oh the ruth is cool too. Smile Get it authenticated.
I got my Red Grange JSA with COA and still looking for a cool piece I can cut and mount the auto in it. Just have not found one yet.
