I was going thru the link via "My Grading Orders", so, just in case that helps or not. Everything would be basketball related on my end as well, in case there may be a difference with baseball or other sports!

That's a thought. In the past, there have been Sport specific errors with the Pop Report. I only do baseball, myself. I'm in a real pickle. Usually I'm the one that emails Beckett CENTCOM with Pop Report errors. But I still can't send emails.

Ok. When going through your order, the Pop Report Functions properly.
