Help with BGS registry

Help with BGS registry
I have a question and I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on it. If a person gets a card graded and has set up a BGS registry. When you look up a card and they have an account is it possible to contact the person that graded the card to perhaps see if you can purchase it?

RE: Help with BGS registry
I'd like to take it one step further!
Ex: I seen one of my chaser cards is graded yet not registered. Now i understand if someone grades a card and registers it on the site, that SHOULD be an easy way to directly contact them! If it were only that easy in my case, here no one has "claimed" it. My issue with it is that I'm sure there are records of who submitted it. Thats the "dirt" i'm looking for! Tongue
Trust me I'll do the field work, just point me int he direction! "This dog'll hunt!" Big Grin

RE: Help with BGS registry
Oh ya.. No doubt.. Im the same way. Its like being a detective for cardboard. I dont think they would release a customers information to whomever. I know i wouldnt want to be put out there like that. Maybe an opt in or out option. I got both 2011 mark ingram superfractors the au and non. The only one im lacking is /25 ruby red. I did a jimmy graham rainbow collection. I even got the exact number on 3 colors. I almost got all the 2011 prime cards picked up. Theres a user on here with the super. Offered him quite a bit plus cash.. He just ignored me.. Cant win um all

I know I wouldn't want this. I imagine there's plenty of people who sub a bunch that would prefer to not be a potential target from phishing schemes or thieves. Maybe a one-way communication tool where they would have the option to respond would be nice. I know in the registries people can optionally put an email address on them.

Yea I agree with you both, I wasn't talking about putting people's info out there but just a way to shoot them a message. Anything can be done with communication! Even make it to where someone can be blocked if someone is annoyed. I know this is needed sometimes! Big Grin
Also in the registry make it where your cards listed are available or not. Although i know that "NFT" doesn't stop many folks but its the thought that counts!
Its mind blowing to me how many people aren't on trading sites/forums or even acknowledge the online community and only know or trade in their local area! So many cards are "lost" this way! Tongue
My example earlier i was talking about!

I've never even seen this card EVER before! Its retail & so that may be the reasoning behind it. I only seen one listing in the registry but its unclaimed!
