The allotted time frame is NOT what the seller decides, it goes by the rules of the SITE that they post an auction on......He did not follow proper guidelines of the actual site.....He could not file a NPB against me because I was WITHIN the site guidelines......I said nothing about leaving negative feedback, but I have every intention of letting as many know of the inconsiderate customer service.....

As noted by another, the time a seller has to wait is 2 days. He could have very well filed a NPB against you.

You are absolutely right, he could have, but that would have been a waste of time because I would have had it paid before the case closed....Then he would have refunded me any way instead of taking my money.....Because that makes a ton of sense.....It was a week ago and the item still hasn't sold.....smh...
