I think it's the base version. It's reflective but I'm not sure. I will dig mine out and compare them and see if there is a difference bud.

hey bro Im pretty sure its the refractor version. I have two shiny ones and 1 dull one. Im assuming the dull one is the base version and the 2 shiny ones are the refractor versions. I wish they put a "R" or something somewhere on the card lol.
