Put in for a redemption of a 13/14 Artifacts Rookie Redemption, it's just a regular card, has anyone run across this before?

That is all the Artifacts Rookie Redemptions are. The set itself comes out well before the season starts, so they do the redemptions by team. When a rookie for that teams starts, whoever that rookie is becomes the player the redemption is for. Then the typically don't produce the card until the end of the season at least.
