Paypal/shipnow down?
Anyone know what's going on with the paypal shipping tool? I'm trying to buy labels for a bunch of packages going out and they say it's unavailable right now. I heard they were having other issues the other day, but there are no explanations anywhere on the site. Thanks for any help!

this has been happening off and on for 2 weeks now. just keep trying, it will work. sometimes 30 seconds later, sometimes not
