Beckett received my order last Friday, submitted for the 5-day service level and today I received an email from Beckett confirming this. But when I look under the "my grading orders" tab, there is nothing showing. How do I track the progress of my order?
This leaves the parameters of the service level kind of ambiguous. At what point am I allowed to count the days? For the cost of the service level, it would be nice to have a confirmed, exact date of reception so that I can estimate their return.
