Beckett received my order last Friday, submitted for the 5-day service level and today I received an email from Beckett confirming this. But when I look under the "my grading orders" tab, there is nothing showing. How do I track the progress of my order?

This leaves the parameters of the service level kind of ambiguous. At what point am I allowed to count the days? For the cost of the service level, it would be nice to have a confirmed, exact date of reception so that I can estimate their return.

Received on a Friday means your clock starts on Monday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and then Friday is your five day window. Your grades will be sent to you at some point on the Friday and a tracking # will be generated.
