3rd Chrome Blaster
I busted open my 3rd chrome blaster today and I hit one of the "Hot Boxes of refractors/inserts. I was super pumped when I realized what was happening and then got a little deflated when I was opening packs.
Best pulls out of 32 cards was Oscar Taveras Purple Refractor and Puig Die Cut. Everything else was pretty mediocre.
I decided to add BV of the box and realized I spent $20 and BV of the cards was $100. I was a bit happier after seeing that and now I am trying to do a base set and a purple refractor set as well.

Always a pleasure to get a hot box
I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

I did the same thing last year! 2 retail Hot Boxes of Purple refractors, mostly low end common stars, but did pull a couple multiple Puigs, Jeter and Trouts.
Looking for all cards from these guys I don't have!
