I bought one and sat on it a few days before opening it to build the excitement. $30+ for one unseen card is not something I usually do. The card itself is beautiful, and it's slabbed by Beckett. The only thing wrong here is that Beckett's label inside the slab is incredibly off-center and crooked, 3/4" to the left and down to where it's almost touching the card. It's ugly. I'm keeping this one for my PC, as it's an old Bear, but do you think the fact that Beckett can't put a label on correctly would affect its value? Essentially, does Beckett's label affect the value of the card at all or would you just look at the card itself?
I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.
