Trying to catalog some cards in this set and have come across an issue. What is the difference between Refractors and X-Fractors?

Refractors have a background that when light hits it, it looks like a rainbow. X-Fractors have squares in the background. I will provide some examples of each. Its much easier to show than explain...

Thank you. I assume the purple/violet tinted refractors are simply refractors and not a sub of their own?

Because I can't find any purple specifications in the checklist.

There is a purple refractor set that we just discovered as well. I have put that in the database and should be available tomorrow.
