Best way to store graded cards?

Has anybody ever seen anything like what the guy has in this video? they look like hard plastic pages for binders that the psa graded cards snuggly fit into.

i use resealable graded card sleeves (looks like a big teambag) then store them in a cardboard graded card box i pick up at the local shop for a few bucks
