...when you see these spam like messages from Beckett asking for items for their auctions? I don't want to read that, or even see the thread, with all the other issues taking place on this site.

Yes I agree, but just like last night this post will likely get removed because of something in the TOS.
I actually started filling out the surveys in the emails just as another place to vent. 
I'm stuck another year with this junk, so i may as well let them know for the next 365 how much i hate the product they duped me into buying.
