Help ID vintage Red Sox cards

Help ID vintage Red Sox cards
Anyone have a clue as to what these are and what year they are from? Standard size. Backs look like they were done on a typewriter. My guess is from around 1972. I don't see them listed in Beckett.

I collect Hall of Fame baseball player cards and cards of current and retired superstars.

Not sure of the accuracy but there are many listed on ebay that say circa 1977.

Correction - There is a book called Standard Catalog of Vintage Baseball Cards by Krause Publications and it says 1972 a 45 card set. It also says the issue date is a guess.
