1 Box 2014 Heritage
Broke my only (probably!) box of 2014 Heritage. Nothing great but a solid well collated box (no dups!!!!!) Not bad...Franklin mem card. Ortiz silver 212/565 and Carpenter 389/999 chrome stuck together in the pack. Angels Rookie original in toploader pack. Walker/Paxton chrome 888/999....nice. Last 2 are error numbered cards as both are #137. I'll check them as I bought 11 hanger packs from WM last week and have both of these...I think. Not a real Heritage fan, though I do like the 1965 style. Since I'm going to purchase the year end set this year, all except my Phillies will be for trade once loaded (have a bunch of WM blue parallel's), hopefully in a couple of hours. Enjoy....

Thanks...wasn't sure how they "corrected" the original mistake.

Your box was about as average as mine were, Joe. Did you get any SP action cards? I think they were one per box, unless the error 137 was your hit instead. I guess autos are really rare this time around.
I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

Hey DrM.....really have to go through again. Thats what I dislike about Heritage (and A&G for that matter). All the quirky gimmicks of SP and color variations, on purpose "error" cards and such. Give me parallels with some vibrant colors and put more thought into your designs and photography (ie different pictures throughout the various series). Anyway, I was pretty happy with my box....got some rippin in as work has taken over my life for the past month and 1/2 and have abour 3 more weeks to go.
Autos from what I have seen have been more plentiful then prior years (I actually hit a Willie Mays in 2012 and the Kaline/Miggy last year). I'd rather have an auto of Bobo Whoever than a relic any day.
I know alot of folks like Heritage...just not my thing.

Check the codes on the bottom right on the back of the card makes finding variations so much easier than in the past.
Autos in heritage are tough I bought maybe 6 boxes last year and pulled one and based on what my lcs said I was maybe the first one they knew of from their shop that pulled one (at the time) it's possible autos were case hits in 2013 maybe
This year I'm seeing waaaay more autos per case and a lot of higher end autos too like mays and Ripken

You just "killed it" the last 3 years. 2 out of 3 you really beat the odds, dude! My 2012-13 boxes were much better than 2014. An auto of anyone is much preferred over a GU, here too!
