I've submitted to bgs a few times in the past but it was ten cards or less. I keep getting special grading offers but it's for a minimum of 25 cards. Will they ever offer a special of a of minimum ten cards?

If you've submitted a few times they should offer you a discount for being a repeat customer. Just call Customer Service and ask.
