Haha, that threw me off for a minute to. But if you look at the words at the bottom of the announcement sticker, the second lines say, 'Topps and Bowman are registered trademarks...', the other says 'Topps and Bowman Chrome are registered...' So you are correct, the reverse image is the Bowman Chrome version.
