I definitely agree he needs to grow as a leader. To have the talent the Cavs have but to see them so directionless is disappointing.

He also needs to at least make some effort to play defense before he can be considered anywhere near an elite player.

I totally agree with you on the whole Davis thing...I personally think that Daivs is more of a superstar than Kyrie...but he's got to stay healthy.

I'm not saying he's a terrible player but when I see his rookie card booking for twice that of Davis it doesn't really make sense to me.

Yup...at some point Kyrie has to become THE MAN and pull everyone together. Or else I can see him heading out of town just as LeBron did...maybe "taking his talents to..."

I think Kyrie is a great player, he just has to work on becoming a leader for the Cavs. They have a lot of talent, just weren't clicking as a team. If he was playing on a winning team it would be a different story.
