What's the info on the 2013 TOPPS #589 JOSE FERNANDEZ BLACK JERSEY ???

Is it a SP or factory set? Is it #589C, and how come Beckett don't have it listed?

im blunt, admittedly. and really opinionated. but i dont troll folks, i dont just pull stuff from my rear end, im always going to honest, and youll always know where i stand. im not sunshine and lollipops, im not gonna hold folks hands, and i could care less if my opinions are in the majority or not

that will make some folks cranky with my approach. some folks prefer snickers to rock candy. i get that, and im cool with not being the most popular guy in the room.
