DID YOU HAVE TO GO THRU THE ONLINE SUPPORT SYSTEM OR CALL THE PHONE #TO REQUEST REPLACEMENTS. I HAVE A DEMARCO MURRAY THAT ON 11/7/13 THE 8TH MONTH TIME FRAME EXPIRED. SINCE I RECENTLY PICKED UP A MURRAY AUTO RC, WOULD PREFER A REPLACEMENT.
