Most of those I wouldn't be happy pulling in flagship Topps. Let alone Tier 1

If you can put out a bad product and people will buy it, it is hard to resist the temptation...especially when people have no alternative. You guys can't tell me this is a Topps break that actually surprises you. I have started moving into different sports just so there is some competition between companies for my dollar. (And the pictures are not all the same.)
I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.
