The base cards have the die cuts. There are versions that have foil and that year had coins that you could place into the die cuts.

Nice stuff as always! BTW I just got in a 55-card lot of Flights (some Topps but mostly Chrome) I won off the bay (snagged it for the 7 refractors I needed LOL (3-black, 3-white, 1-red )) and it had a regular Topps #322 that I think you might need. I'll set it aside for you and get it loaded into my Org at some point in the future.
