Im asking what those standards are. What makes an error card an error card and why are some errors not considered errors?

not me.
but wrong backs, except for a couple of very unique cases, are not considered by industry definition, an "error" card. they never have been error cards are usually a card that has been corrected somewhere in the print run, and more or less, an estimate can be given on print run before and after a wrong back happens when the card printing sequence goes out of order, theyre one offs, flaws. they arent corrected in any way shape or form. basically, they are the same as cards with no foil printed on them. it isnt something the company ended correcting, it is just something that got screwed up in the printing process |
