2013 Archives Crazy Rare Pull! need info
Bought 2 boxes. Opened one at shop. nothing to crazy. I took the 2nd one home and there was a box topper in foil wrapper. I opened it and it an instant photo of Vinny Testerverde that is signed in blue ink. No Topps logo or serial number on it. The odds on the bottom of box says 1 per 2648 boxes so it a tough pull. I cant any info on these anywhere though. As anyone else pulled one? See pic below.

1) use photobucket and post the /img code, attachments never work lol
2) they are insanely hard to hit
