I actually had some nice RCs...too bad they all were covered in dust and were scratched to crap

Yes the details on are their site. I just recently sent one in and got a replacement back in 10 days.
You'll need your receipt, pack with sku on it, write a letter why you think they need to be replaced and of course the cards.
