Football Card Price Guide v. Online Pricing
#1
Question
Football Card Price Guide v. Online Pricing
Why is the pricing in the Beckett Football Card Price Guide so much different than the online pricing? For instance: the 29th Edition (2012-2013) Beckett Football Card Price Guide shows the 1991 Stadium Club Super Bowl XXVI Brett Favre pricing as $150 / $300. The Beckett pricing online for the same item shows $300 (Near Mint) to $750 (Mint). From what I see, both pricing is conditional. I'm the middle of a sell of a BGS 8.5 XXVI Favre card and the buyer is using the Beckett book pricing and I'm using the Beckett online pricing. Needless to say, we're $300 away from each other. Also, from what I see, IF there was online Graded Pricing for this item, the pricing would probably be higher yet. Please explain why the big difference between the Beckett book pricing and the Beckett online pricing.
Loyal Favre Fan.

RE: Football Card Price Guide v. Online Pricing
Online pricing is current, The almanac pricing is almost a year old would be my best guess.
