Oh one last thing, seems you've thought of it all. How do you plan to cut the 1955 out smoothly? Just keep thinking that this looks like a very difficult task.

1) mine was totally designed myself, but the local print place sucks, by "sending it out" I refer to it being printed, it will be assembled by me
2) I have a die cut #1 Tongue lol

It'll look awesome when its done
