As for everyone else's responses, thank you! I was going to open a non-payment with eBay anyway, but was glad to hear everyone felt the same. I've been selling on eBay for awhile and haven't had this issue yet.

I think the person was just trying to catch you..see if you would send without payment.
In the OLD DAYS..when I ran a cash register...you NEVER put the $$ into the register until the change was made..why? Guy gives you a $5..you put it in the register and give him $1.22 change...he looks at it and says, I gave you a $10..where is the rest??
That is the oldest scam in the world..he was pulling it on you..I think..

Do unpaid case .ebay gives them 7 days to pay legit .make sure u share what u did on thread .
