I have one lot processing now, 234 cards. Another should be arriving early next week. I just put together another one, this one is huge-1100 cards. I have enough store credit to cover the fees, but do they set any kind of limit on how much can be processing at once?

As long as you have enough available credit in your account to cover the fees there is no limit on how much COMC will process.
