I have a BCCG 10 Bernie Williams Topps Tiffany (just got it in the mail;no scans yet) that should be at least a 9 if not a 9.5. I've been pretty good at judging my past submissions so I'm confident that I'll get a 9 or better. Anyway, my question is, should I crack the case and send in the raw card or just submit for an upgrade? Will it make a difference in the final grade?

Ive shown this multiple times on here as an example. Im not sure the crossover is going to be as high as expected, hopefully it is but i doubt it.
This doesnt look like a 10 to me....... look at the lower corner where the stars are......

They're out there. I've seen them all the way down to BCCG 6.
