Does anybody know why card #1 and 24 in the 2013 Topps insert set Cut to the Chase are missing in the OPG. Just wondering. I was able to list all of the other 2013 Topps inserts without any problems.

If I remember correctly, it was said that there was a licensing issue with whoever was suppose to be those cards. So instead of replacing them, they just left them out. Maybe they are hoping that an agreement will be worked out and they will add them in a later series.

Did anybody ever get a card #7? Mantle is ALWAYS #7. I just hope it is not short printed.

mantles estate didn't re up the licensing this year so no number 7 and why one of the die cut cards is missing now.
