sell... just because it is a nice 100 for the charity and also your intentions are good. All you have to live with is that you are an honest seller. He just plays a different game. If he was doing something illegal then I wouldn't sell to him but if he wants to pretend to be a woman,,, well maybe he is just trying to save up for surgery
