What Part of the 49er's Patch is this Vernon Davis Patch is from

I personally seen a 49er's patch with silver in it. Check this out.

They both actually look like Atlanta patches. The red is spot on.

Seems like the same patch in both cards. Could be an error in the 49ers card

That's absolutely, 100% a Falcons patch in the 49ers card. If real, that's a cool error IMO.
I attached a picture of both patches, cut and rotated then put side by side.
