Unfortunately my gf is on the computer so I don't have a scan, but I'm in the process of going through my dads cards and I came across a 2006 Playoff Prestige Aaron Rodgers. Might be a crazy question but since its got season stats on the back, is it still a rookie?

No, only cards from 2005 are considered rookie cards.

Just to help clarify, only cards from base sets in 2005 are recognized as true rc cards. But some people consider any card that comes out the players rc year to be a rc card even though they arent recognized as that. But 2006 would be a year too late.
