I don't get it. What is the 3rd auction for the same item but this time for $1500.00 BIN? Appears to be the same card too?

I think you have it backwards... That card is mine (please look at my photobucket). I listed it as an Auction Format only to have an A**hole win and NOT pay for two of my cards (Noyz Boyz & Gold Refractor). In the meantime the other eBayer had listed a Noyz Boyz using my picture and my description format.
Yes, it is currently listed as a BIN/OBO

Ah. I got it now. Missed the part about non payment. They get caught up in the bidding and winning process only to realize, "oh, I have to pay for it now?"
