Is this a Jeter rookie?

Just curious. Im not really a baseball guy but i was going through my cards and found this today and saw on the back it was talking about him being a rookie. It says its a 1996.

It isn't. If it talks about him being a rookie, it isn't an RC, typically. 1993-1994 are RCs, if I remember right.

NY- good to know. thanks for the info! esa - I guess it could be for trade for the right card. i mainly collect Football though so thats what i would be looking for RC - 16/29 Auto - 39/213 Mem - 2/9 1/1s - 7 Total -89/476 / 18% 
Regardless of the year, this is an insert card and insert cards are not considered RCs.
