I'm thinking about sending some of these in to see if I get anything out of Topps and whoever I else I think might be worth it.

Anybody ever actually get anything from them on these?

My best luck has been with Panini. Twice from Topps I have recived relic cards. But, Panini I have recived better quality cards.

I vaguely remember seeing a thread somewhere listing all the address's on where and how to do this. Is that still around somewhere?

Yeah, if you Google NPN addresses it comes up in a forum post right at the top. That's where I got a few. Missed the deadline on most of them though.

Dependes on the product. Most NPNs are done months after a product comes out. I have recived a few in the past I forgot I had event sent in as they could be so far off in the future.

is it against beckett TOS to have a thread here, where we just have the addresses listed.

say I open a pack of draft and I list it. then somebody opens Series 2 and I list that
