Not when there are close to 6 million cards to go through and dozens if not hundreds of orders every day to process. You aren't the only customer placing an order in a given day.

yeah but they basically tell you that if you pay more money they will get your order out for you faster. that just not sit well with me.

Offering better/faster service for more money doesn't sit well with you? You must also not like the postal service, airlines, hotels, etc.
