This is why the NFL has a 17 week season. Fans of good teams understand you can't look at a team's performance in any one week and decide if they are good or bad. For some reason, it seems like fans of terrible teams look at one week and either A) the sky is falling, or B) the season has just turned around and a playoff appearance is imminent.

yea, even though we are sitting at 1-4 im hoping we win out and make the playoffs

seriously though...its the tough times that you can tell who is a true fan or not.
many people jumping ship on the Saints...but watch what happens if we are able to squeak into the playoffs...

If the browns held on last week, I would love to hear all the whining and crying for giants fans, the defense is banged up, they had a bad week, etc....
I have suffered thru the Browns being awful since they came back in 99' and have never seen them come out and play the way they did to open up the game, the Giants looked like crap. Browns fans simply dont get that kind of excitement often. Like i said though, they lost because victor cruz outplayed Buster skrine who is a practice squad player at best. The giants did own the niners which I certainly admit thought would NEVER happen. I still think like the patriots and the giants are 8-8 at the end of season. neither getting in to the playoffs. This week I will be cheering for RGIII and the Skins to get it done.

That baltimore loss was tough, I was cheering for Pats to beat the ravens since they are a big rival of ours. Seattle and Russell Wilson keep finding a way to get it done in the 4th quarter. I was surprised at the comments i heard on espn that bellicheck has been trying to phase Welker out of the offense and then the comments Welker made. good for him, why the he## would you want to phase a guy like him out. other then tight ends they have no one else to throw to. i certainly wouldnt rely on brandon lloyd over welker.
