Trimmed Cards Getting Graded

Agree 100% with Ping here. We are paying for a service and an obvious flaw gets through at a high grade. That is unacceptable! Human or not, this should not be happening.
Looking for all types of rookie cards. Only trade with a d/c #. If you have less than 25 trades you must ship first. Thanks.

check this out, same card ungraded then graded. im not 100% sure this card was trimmed but how does the rough corners on the bottom disappear? is there a new method that i am not aware of that allows you to fix corners?
